Hunter Gateway Motel can cater for your conference, wedding, function, seminars or training event requirements, with our versatile space. With two separate conference rooms to choose from, we can accommodate your personal function, wedding requirements or corporate conference requirements. We specialise in making your event just what you want.

Our Hunter Room comfortably accommodates up to 200 people with a private breakout facility, and our Terrace Room seats up to 25, in a variety of configurations to suit your needs. The Conference Centre is located adjoining our Motel and comes available with a range of corporate meetings and presentation equipment and facilities. Catering for your event can be easily arranged, with an array of options available.
