Photocopying, faxing and printing services are available at Reception (additional charges may apply).
CANCELLATION
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact Reception. Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation notice period and cancellation fees may apply.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2.00pm.
Check-out time is 10.00am
Please contact reception to request late checkout – (additional charges may apply).
In the case that you are locked out from your room due to a lost or damaged room key afterhours you can contact the number on the reception door to attend and gain access for you. You will need to provide your name and room number to our night team before this can be completed
DRY CLEANING
A same-day dry cleaning service is available to guests Monday – Friday. Please contact reception to arrange this service (additional charges apply).
EMERGENCY
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event of an emergency evacuation, proceed to the nearest emergency assembly area (evacuation information is on the rear of the front door). Please advise reception of an emergency or dial 000 for emergencies immediately if required.
LAUNDRY
We have a free guest Laundry on site, in the small room outside the swimming pool.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found items are kept for a period of 1 months, excluding perishables. Please contact Reception to enquire about lost belongings. Lost property can be posted at the guest’s expense through Australia Post. Perishables will be discarded.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
This service is available to all guests at no charge. Please contact Reception to make arrangements.
PARKING
Please enjoy complimentary access to our guest carpark. All vehicles must reverse park to avoid damage to the brickwork. A $300 fee applies to any damage to these walls.

RULES OF THE HOUSE
Guests and invitees of guests are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property. A breach of any House Rule may result in the eviction of the offender at the discretion of the Manager.
SWIMMING POOL
Relax in the outdoor swimming pool located in the courtyard.
Opening times:
8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday
10.00am to 6.00pm Saturdays
10.00am to 4.00pm Sundays
Pool towels can be requested from Reception.
Your Room
ACCESS KEY
All rooms can be accessed via an electronic access card. Please ensure you keep it away from your mobile phone to avoid a card reader error.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING
Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. Your remote is located on the wall behind the microwave.
If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. There is a mode button on the control unit (or remote control) which can change the unit from heating to cooling. For any further instructions, please contact Reception.
BLANKETS
Spare blankets and pillows are located in the wardrobe. For an extra blanket or pillow, please contact reception.
COTS
Porta cots are available at cost on request ($20/night) – subject to availability. Please see reception during staffed hours.
HAIRDRYERS
A hairdryer is located in your bathroom or in the wardrobe.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping team provide an “on demand” servicing option 7 days a week.
Should you require your room to be serviced please notify reception by 9pm the night prior by phoning 4937 7999 or visiting reception during office hours.
IRON/IRONING BOARD
An iron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe.
LAUNDRY
Laundry is collected Monday – Friday from an offsite company who supplies same day service. A red laundry bag is located in the bottom drawer of the room’s unit. Laundry can be dropped off at Reception from 8.00am and before 9.00am. (Charges apply)
MAINTENANCE
Please see Recpetion during office hours. For emergencies please call the after hours number.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE
Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of anytime item, that goes beyond fair wear and tear, and that is caused by the guests or their invited guests will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.
SECURITY
All rooms are fitted with security devices. We recommend that you ensure that your door is securely closed when leaving your room or before retiring for the night. Please ensure that your vehicle is also locked and that no valuables are left within sight.

SMOKING
All rooms are designated Non-Smoking. Smoking will only be allowed outside the building. Smoking within our motel rooms is considered to be malicious damage. If a room is found to have been used for smoking by the guests or invitees of the guests a minimum charge of $200.00 will be charged to the guests account or credit card supplied at check-in to compensate for.
TEA AND COFFEE
Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. These items will be replenished daily when your room is serviced.
TELEVISION
Rooms are fitted with Samsung/TCL/Roku television brands.
Samsung/TCL - simply enter your personal username/password to use apps like Netflix and make sure to sign out before your depature
Roku - these Tv's allow you to enter your username/password for apps like Netflix wthout needing to log out. Simply enter your check-in and check-out dates when you turn on your TV.
TOILETRIES
The hotel provides some basic personal amenities for you to use in your en-suite bathroom.
TOWELS
To help save the environment please leave only the towels you want laundered on the bathroom floor. Towels left hanging to dry will not be replaced. If you require extra towels, please see Reception.
