PAYMENT

Credit card required; cash not accepted. The minimum age for check-in is 18+ and a valid credit card must be presented upon check in.

PET POLICY

Only in approved Pet-Friendly Rooms. Guests are fully responsible for damage or cleaning. Unapproved pets will result in cancellation without refund.

CHILD POLICY

Children aged 2 and under stay free when sharing a room with one paying adult using existing bedding. Portacots are available for an additional fee. Guests aged 13 and above are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour notice required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night or full stay, especially during peak periods or special events.

BEHAVIOUR & DAMAGES POLICY

Guests must behave respectfully. Any damage, cleaning, or policy violations will be charged to your credit card.

SMOKING POLICY

Strictly prohibited. Minimum $100 fee applies for indoor smoking; additional charges may apply for cleaning, repairs, or loss of income.
