Hunter Gateway Motel is on the New England Highway at Rutherford, under five minutes from the Rutherford Industrial Estate and about 35 minutes from Singleton. The New England Highway is right outside the motel. You can head north-west to Singleton and the mines, or south-east to Maitland and Newcastle, without driving through the town centre.

Longer stays
Longer project stays are a big part of our business, so the basics are covered:
Laundry. There's a free guest laundry on site. A same-day laundry service is also available Monday to Friday (charges apply).
Housekeeping. Rooms are serviced on request, 7 days a week. Let reception know by 9pm the night before.
Food. Woolworths and Coles are about a kilometre away. The Bradford Hotel next door serves lunch and dinner, and you can charge meals to your room. Boxed breakfasts are available from reception.
Discounts. Stays of 2 nights or more booked direct get 5% off, and 3 nights or more get 7% off.

Corporate accounts, invoicing and group bookings
Corporate rates. We offer corporate rates to regular corporate customers by arrangement. Send us your company name, expected nights per month and usual room type, and we'll come back to you.
Invoicing. We can invoice larger and regular corporate customers directly, so your team doesn't have to pay and claim back.
Crews and groups. With 63 rooms, we can house a whole crew on one site. Call us to hold a block of rooms.
Shift work. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arriving after hours? We'll leave your key in a lockbox, and staff are reachable by phone around the clock.
Meetings. The Bradford Hotel next door has function rooms for meetings and presentations for up to 100 people, with catering (functions).
